Digital Automatic Grease Dispenser
This is a standalone fully automatic intelligent lubrication pump. Its compact structural design enables continuous automatic lubrication for individual discrete industrial equipment. Adopting pump operating principle, the microprocessor runs the miniature reduction motor per preset timing program. The motor drives internal cam to push hollow piston for reciprocating motion, realizing grease extrusion.
Our digital automatic grease dispensers are available in explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof types to meet diverse customer demands and working conditions.
The unit consists of vertical plunger pump, motor gear set and microprocessor control system, supporting high-pressure operation. Thirteen dispensing frequencies are selectable, ranging from half a month to 12 months. The readable LCD screen displays all required data for parameter setting and status monitoring.
Equipped with LoRa acquisition and signal transmission modules, the wireless single-point grease dispenser can receive remote commands to power off, adjust lubrication cycles and trigger forced lubrication.
